THIS FREE PROGRAM IS CONSTRUCTED FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO DESIRE A CONSISTENT WORKOUT PLAN TO BUILD LEAN MUSCLE MASS FAST. THIS PROGRAM WILL FOCUS ON HITTING ALL MUSCLE GROUPS THROUGH VARIOUS COMPOUND EXERCISES WHILE REACHING A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF VOLUME TO STIMULATE TOTAL MUSCLE HYPERTROPHY. THIS PROGRAM CONTAINS A 3-DAY BODYBUILDING SPLIT REPEATED TWICE A WEEK TO MAXIMIZE MUSCLE GROWTH POTENTIAL.

THE CARVED UP PROGRAM
Carved Up is an 8 week long workout program consisting of 6 complete workouts per week.
The program is based off the one rep max of your bench, squat, and deadlift.
FORGE STRENGTH, BUILD MUSCLE
With the combination of compound lifts and high volume reps, you will forge strength while simulating muscle hypertrophy.
